Good customer service
Sorted booking with hotel re room with walk om shower, unfortunately the hotel didn't provide that on arrival so had to sit about waiting for the promised in email room. Disappointing start.

Thank you for your feedback and once again we are sorry for the situation you found yourself in at the start of your holiday. Whilst I appreciate it maybe of little consolation I would like to assure you that this was an unfortunate isolated incident and this matter has been addressed internally to ensure it does not happen again.
We reimbursed you the cost of the taxi you paid for and as an apology we offered you afternoon tea which as you said you declined and accepted the offer of £100. Regrettably we cannot change what happened but we hope in the future when booking your next holiday you may consider Channel Islands Direct as we would welcome the opportunity to restore your faith in our products and services.
