Everything was clearly laid out in a schedule and it all went as stated. The hotels were excellent and the transport, planes and boats all went to time.

Channel Islands Direct ensured holiday was a success.
Nearly all the staff in the hotel were friendly, helpful and efficient. This applied to room preparation and the restaurant.
