Very good service, pleasant and efficient staff at all times. Bar staff excellent.
Great service, but a general refurb needed in bedrooms.

Works perfectly
Excellent service..even when we had to change our travel options.
Originally we booked to fly to Guernsey but later decided to go by ferry and take our car.
The changeover was painless and seamfree

Lovely short break to Guernsey
Clear to book and we had no problems other than our hire car wasn't known about as no booking from CI Direct Holidays on Europa car system but their staff sorted something out for us.
