Good value package and when it looked as if we might not get off the island we were contacted and offered accommodation. We were very impressed. Thank you.

Overcharged
They could not give me a breakdown on a multi family holiday I booked.
I exchanged multiple emails but they did not convince me that I hadn't been overcharged.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that you still believe you have been overcharged for your holiday although we provided you with a breakdown of the costs per person. At the time of arranging your holiday, you would have been provided with a total cost before the decision to book was made. We are pleased that on this occasion you chose to book your holiday through Channel Islands Direct, however, we are sorry that you feel disappointed with the overall cost which is correct.

Sue, the rep on Guernsey was brilliant. We were a day late due to fog but she managed to move my boat trip without any further costs to me. Thank you so much Sue. I had a great stay.
