We were allocated a ferry space next to lift for my disabled friend. Our hotel room was on ground floor as requested and the hotel was wonderful....

Flying SwiftAir to Guernsey
Great service lovely friendly hotel and everything was in place eg transfers, meal allowance on 1st night.
Unfortunately we did not fly with Auringy as they are having issues. We flew with SwiftAir...
