Emergency service good but should have been sorted sooner
I felt the emergency/out of hours service very efficient, the last I liaised with (sadly didn't get her name) was very helpful and I appreciated her checking on the situation the next day.

Thank you for your feedback. Finding the source of the issue required access into above apartments which was difficult during working hours, out of hours the residents were home and were able to grant us access to trace the problem.

Thank you for your feedback. Sustaining service levels during periods of accelerated growth is a challenge for most businesses, most importantly we have learnt from this experience and how best to avoid such issues in the future. We are continuously looking to improve and better ourselves and that means recognising areas for improvement and implementing solutions. We are glad this has had a positive affect.

Water bill/usage for the calendar year 2016.
My concern over this years estimated water usage bill was corrected very quickly with a good detailed explanation as to the previously issued charges/credits.
