Very happy with the Service provided.
Ashleigh Codd has managed to turn our complex around. Three previous management companies took our service charges and failed to carry out any maintenance. Things are looking much brighter here now.

As a tenant it makes a nice change to be responded to quickly.
PBM have always replied to my emails very quickly and have arranged for any repairs I have had to be sorted out in a timely manner

Really Helpful
