Great detailed website and fast shipping as usual. I’ve been using Pool & Spa warehouse for many years now and they are so much more helpful than my local pool shops.
The service was good when I was purchasing this item, just not so good when it came to returning it

Thank you for reaching out, I have corresponded with our warranty team they are currently in the middle of responding to your email. There has been a back log of emails.
We put it on two different options and it didn't clean on either of them. It's been working for two hours and it hasn't even cleaned a third of the pool.
