We’re sorry to hear you’re still waiting for your results! We can see that you’ve been in touch with our Customer Service team, as you were initially having some trouble activating your test. We’re pleased to see that this was successfully activated on 8th September. Our usual turnaround time is within 4 weeks of the lab receiving your sample. At the moment, we can see that the lab is yet to receive your sample for testing, so the four-week timeframe has not yet started. Once your sample arrives with the lab, you’ll receive an update, and your results will then be available within your account within 4 weeks of the sample being received. We completely understand it’s frustrating to be waiting, and we hope your sample reaches the lab soon so we can get your results back to you as quickly as possible.
