I ordered the part online. After days of wondering if my order was being processed, I emailed them to see. I was told the item was on back order for approximately 3 weeks. Not cool

All staff that I talked to couldn’t have been more pleasant. My order took longer than normal to ship (2 weeks) I think that is because my items were sent from manufacturer.
