I'm sorry you feel the way do and apologize for any inconvenience. When installing the hub conversion, it is critical that the bearing pre-load be set correctly, or it will cause premature failure of the bearings and possibly other components as it did in this case. Unfortunately, the warranty offered by the vendor does not cover installation error. I hope you understand, and we hope to do business with you again. Thank you.
