Hello, Very sorry for the mis-communication with your order. Unfortunately, we can't always process some orders as fast as we'd like and can be subject to lead times from part manufacturers. We are always trying to stock more to combat this, but it can often be hard for a small business like us to keep pace with demands and new releases. Received item quickly, well packaged and as described.
Ordered axles and was told by poly repot would take a month to ship. Called manufacture of axles and they said 2 days to ship. Not sure why I was told a month or if I will order from poly again

Hello, Sorry to hear that you got some inaccurate info, but I assure you we do value you as a customer. Often, we operate on the 'worse case scenario' when quoting lead times for out of stock and back ordered items to customers. In this case, it sounds like we might not have gotten the most current information when checking stock on your shafts. It looks like the order did ship within a couple days of being processed and arrived to you in the normal shipping time. Sorry to have confused you, we hope you'll consider us again in the future as you continue with your build!
Hi Dustin, I appreciate your feedback, sorry to hear that we let you down. We try to process every order as fast as we can, but sometimes we are subject to vendor lead times on items that ship direct from the manufacturer. Looks like you're on the east coast too, so that's always going to add 4-5 days shipping time on normal shipments unfortunately. We hope you'll give us a shot in the future, best of luck on the build!
