Sorry to hear about this issue with the shipping carrier. We typically use USPS for smaller orders like yours as they are generally faster. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing which carriers serve what areas best, and have run into this issue with UPS as well as USPS. Your package is en route back to us and I've already notified my warehouse team to send it right back out, but UPS this time. I apologize for the delay and hope it hasn't created too big of an inconvenience. Please let me know if there is anything I can do in the meantime. Regards,Andy
