( Clearly not in stock items should be flagged to advise buyers. ) Yes if might cost you money and orders but the flip side is customers like me that will not speak well of your company.

It has been very difficult to keep up with increased demand recently but we are always happy to refund orders for customers who cannot wait for backordered parts.
