I looked into this issue and it sounds like there was miscommunication about part of the installation for the item purchased. Thanks for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback. I am very sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with Poly Performance. Currently we have technical limitations preventing your suggested solution. However we are always making improvements to the website behind the scenes and it could be available one day. You also noticed that lead times have been especially difficult for us to forecast over the last few months. Many manufacturers are seriously impacted right now, and typically its hit or miss depending on the specific item ordered. That being said we appreciate you supporting local companies and we hope we can do better next time.
Communication and shipping were prompt and professional. I especially liked the Accountability shown by listing the names of the packing team.

I had some questions and their customer service called me right away and were very cool people. Made the purchase on some rims and they were at my front door the next day.
