We are sorry to hear we failed to meet your expectations on this order. After reviewing the communication you had with our customer service team, it appears there was some confusion regarding the shipping date on your order. While we normally are pretty good about giving customers an accurate shipping ETA, there are a million reasons why our estimates can be off. In your case the parts shipped quicker than anticipated and we were unable to immediately cancel after there was movement on the parts. However someone will reach out to you shortly and hopefully we can get the issue resolved. Thanks for your understanding, hopefully we can do better next time!
