We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience with your recent order. Unfortunately many of our vendors are still very backlogged with orders right now. Even though the parts were in stock, the manufacturer took over a week to ship them out. This is not normal and we apologize for that delay. Hopefully future shopping experiences at Poly Performance will be more streamlined.
