Robert, Based on your description of receiving this shock with a leak and that the shock had not been installed we provided you with a prepaid return shipping label. The shock we received had clearly been installed and used because it had severe cosmetic damage and was dirty. We thoroughly inspected the shock, were able to confirm the shock was NOT leaking and was in good working order. At this time we offered to ship the shock back to you or if you preferred we could also ship the shock to Fox for a second opinion. The warranty is directly with Fox and that is why we suggested having them provide a warranty evaluation. At this time you proceeded to demand a refund, threaten to leave negative reviews and file a credit card dispute. Unfortunately we are not able to issue a refund for a used shock that is not defective. We really went above and beyond to try and resolve this issue for you in the quickest way possible. We are still willing to work with you and Fox to have a warranty evaluation completed on this used shock.
