Thanks for the honest feedback. We apologize that you feel you received less than satisfactory service from our team. Generally speaking our CEO only responds to customers after hours or on weekends when the rest of our team is away. He does this to help our customers not belittle them. Unfortunately it is very hard to interpret emails exactly especially if they are short and to the point.
