Customer service was less than helpful in finding the part I needed. Once I found the part number on my own the ordering process went smoothly.

Hi Keith,
We have two phone lines available, sales and technical support or customer service. You selected our customer service line and while these representatives are experts in any order issues or concerns they are not experts in all of the parts we offer i.e. the ARB replacement parts you inquired about. Our sales and technical support team are the experts on all parts we sell.
