Poor service

Very poor. Failed to deliver item I preferred, didn’t tell me about it, incorrectly charged me VAT and I got charged additional duty.

Hello Adrian, I am sorry you had an issue with the missing belt which was a mistake on our part and I believe you have now had a refund for. The refund was an issue with the company who manages our website outside the Uk and this has also been refunded and once again apologies. Regards any taxes or duties that your country would change this is out of our hands and you would have to make issue with the government there. Paul
