Dear Mr Glover. Further to our phone conversation regards this issue, as discussed we looked into the dispatch of your money clip, and as we explained to you on the phone the money clip had been bubbled wrapped and placed in the mug for protection. The 2 members of staff who dealt with this order both confimed this to have happened. We can only deduce that this may have been thrown away by mistake on the opening of the package.
