Too much money they charge for delivery, it probably cost them next to not

I know it was bank holiday but still took 6 days for delivery and yet it was posted to the wrong address, I will not pay £7.99 for delivery that takes that long

Hi, As per our website policies, all deliveries can take around 3-4 working days, this excludes sundays and bank holidays. I have had a look into your order that was placed on the 6th April and can see it was delivered on the 12th April. I apologise that you're unhappy with your shopping experience at Pockets. I understand you're unhappy with the delivery charge that you paid, however i can assure you that the reason it's set at this price is because you recieve a return label inside your packaging at no extra charge, we do not profit from any of our delivery charges.
