Excellent value let down by presentation

Can't fault the price and speed of delivery but, Pockets could learn a lot from other companies on how the pack items. A shirt with a retail value of over £800 just put into a plastic postage bag.

Hi Richard, As we were offering these items at 60% off adding a box was not possible and the price of the delivery would also have to of increased - we do usually delivery expensive items in boxes items in boxes - we are having a huge clearance event and loosing money on every sale so we had to take this decision at 60% off. Paul
