It is stated explicitly in our delivery Terms & Conditions and on the returns form included with your order that customers who ordered sale items will be charged to use the DHL eReturns service. It is free for full-price items, and you are always welcome to use a different courier of your choice to return items to the address provided.

We do regularly review our delivery and returns policies and charges, and currently this policy is in line with other leading online luxury menswear retailers. We do value your feedback, and it has been passed onto our management team here at pockets.co.uk
