this was replaced quickly however the transport company did not have paperwork to collect the 160 pipe.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry we supplied the wrong size of pipe in the first instance, this was due to a rare picking error in our warehouse. The transport company should have had the paperwork to collect the incorrect pipe and I will investigate why this was not so.
