which has enabled us to generally offer much lower shipping costs than our main competitors. We manage to keep our products and carriage costs low, by running an extremely efficient operation. Unfortunately this system does not, at present, allow us to efficiently use the royal mail service or shop around for individual quotes from carriers for very small packages, whilst still delivering, what we regard to be, a satisfactory level of service.
