We’re sorry to hear about your recent experience. After reviewing your file, we can see that your insurer asked us to confirm that the MID was fully up to date before they could offer renewal terms. Unfortunately, your renewal invitation was generated before we were able to complete this check, and the policy was subsequently renewed through our online portal.
When we discussed the answers with your insurers parking the number of vehicles discussed at unknown locations did not meet their underwriting criteria. Because of this, they were unable to proceed with the renewal.
We appreciate how frustrating this situation must have been and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Thankfully I have now got a much better level of cover through my new insurance company at a much better price which gives me cover on camper vans that you couldn’t cover for me-recommended by another Garage owner-I will be recommending them to my friends in the trade-and also covering this whole experience in the IMI Online magazine that I write for.
