We're sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your return. We understand how frustrating it must have been to be advised twice that an email would be sent to arrange your return, only for it not to arrive. We appreciate you taking the initiative to organise the return through Royal Mail, and we're pleased to hear that it has now been received. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will share your feedback with our customer service team to help improve our processes.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the sizing of your item. We understand how frustrating it can be when a garment does not fit as expected. We strive to provide accurate sizing information to help customers choose the best fit, and we appreciate your comments. We will pass your feedback regarding the sizing to our Product Team for review.
