Pochi giorni prima della partenza ho trovato piazzola disponibile in campeggio
Con voi si può prenotare e quindi partire sapendo di avere un posto dove stare
Grazie

Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry to hear this. It is the responsibility of the parks and sites listed with Pitchup.com to keep on top of their allocation at all times and they have access to do this via the manager portal 24/7. Whilst we were aware of the issue with your booking, it is the duty of the park to refund you for the double booking. We had been speaking to the park to try and organise this for you, and had already switched off their listing pending information further information from the site on this refund. I have emailed you this afternoon with more information about your booking. Thanks for your patience.
