We haven't arrived at the campsite yet, so if the booking has not gone through it obviously would be 'bad' but so far we have nothing to complain about. The website was good and clear etc

The website was easy to use with a good range of offers but the price we were offered by pitch was wrong. We booked at magical camping on the basis it was £130 but was contacted by the campsite...

Sorry to hear about this and you should not have been charged more than the price quoted on Pitchup.com (the damage deposit is mentioned in the payment section and terms and conditions). Campsites set their own prices on our site, so we have suspended this listing while we investigate with the campsite owner and will be in touch again shortly. Apologies for this inconvenience. It was very quick and easy to use. The calendar was a bit tricky as it was hard to put the correct dates in, but I got there in the end. Enjoyed looking at the photos of the caravan site.
