I have to make an apology to Kortney. It was actually my mistake... I put the wrong date of the claim in for date of first symptoms. So the date I put in was within the policy waiting period before claim and justified in denying. This has now been brought to my attention and rectified. The claim has now been paid and Kortney and the pet plan team have provided me excellent service despite me wrongly accusing someone else of making a mistake that was totally mine. Sincerest apologies to everyone and thank you for so promptly finalising my claim and your very high levels of service.
