Tried to take out a policy but you didn't want my business - never called me as promised and then just cancelled the policy on incorrect info.

Can't say much until I see some results.

The policy information query was handled well. A claim has been submitted by Canberra Vet Hospital on my behalf but have not seen any action from Petplan yet.
