I received notification my claim was received within 24hrs of submitting it and I received a cheque in the mail fairly quickly for the full amount of my claim less the excess.

I would like petplan to also include a discount for the yearly injections have to receive as otherwise paying lots of money. Also a discount for de- sexing would be good.
