Couldn’t do better. First class

Settled my claim so fast, great follow-up if vets are slow to send the claim history to them. Very efficient in every way. Absolutely highly recommend.

No sooner had I written the above review than I received the following deeply offensive email. Not satisfied with gouging money from me while my cat was sick, BPI then took a further payment from me on 3rd June AFTER my pet had died on the 28th May. Hi Ms We are sorry to hear the sad news about Indie, we understand that this is a difficult time but can assure you that your insurance cancellation has been taken care of. There is a refund due of £ 0.00 which will be refunded into the bank account that the direct debits were collected from. This can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account. If you have any questions or if we can be of any further assistance in the future, please don’t hesitate to contact us where one of the team will happily help.
