Brilliant

Extremely good cover, at good price. When it came to making a claim they had it paid out within a week and were really considerate with wording as my pet had died. Very polite and least amount of fuss

Good customer service

Very good customer service , prompt information back by email after a query, not had to claim so can’t comment on that . But initial set up of insurance and query by phone , excellent
