Unhelpful insurance company, Cheaper to pay for your pets treatment yoursel

Refused to pay claim as I had paid cash for previous treatments. It was a condition that was not there when the insurance began.

No fuss, no stress.

My claim was settled through the Vet hospital quickly and efficiently. Apart from filling in a few initial forms, I really didn't have to do much! It doesn't get much better than that.
