Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, we are glad to hear you were happy with the quick service. We understand your frustration regarding the age excess applied and the changes to your policy following renewal. Whilst our plans and policies are similar to the previous provider, there are differences. You were given the option to stay with the previous insurance provider and the changes made to the policy were highlighted in an email to you on the 9th of December 2022 and were to be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions. If you would like to discuss this further, or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
