I had my last dog insured with Petplan and always had a very good service from them.

Having not had to make any claim to date I cant comment on customer service and quality of their insurance cover. The joining process via the web site was straight forward and prompt.

clear, honest advice. never purchased pet insurance before so explained all thoroughly. good customer service.

Unfortunately we are still receiving reminders as the policy could only be put in my name when I rang up to set it up but originally application through Raestede was in my wife's...

Like all insurance companies they are too cautious. I am wondering if they will pay out without a fight if i ever had to claim
