I have only ever used pet plan but I have never had any hassle or problems they are brilliant and I recommend them to as many people as I possibly can ' keep up the good work !
I'm unsure if you use an Indian call centre but this felt like a really dreary repetitive hard sell - were it not for your xcellent reputation I would certainly have hung up and gone elsewhere...
