The claim you refer to is not in relation to your park home insurance but to your Tingdene Platinum Seal warranty that we administer on their behalf. Tingdene’s warranty is for structural defects only. The manufacturer’s requirements and the insurer’s requirements is that the home must be painted 2 years after you purchase the home and every 3 years thereafter, this is to ensure that the outer walls remain water-tight as hairline cracks can occur within the stucco paintwork. You were unable to provide the insurer evidence that this work and other mandatory maintenance had been carried out and was due to be carried out 6 months prior to making your claim. You were unable to provide the insurer evidence of this also. Unfortunately we can only comply with the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s and insurer’s warranty.
