Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the initial repairs carried out by our approved park home repairer. We do not normally have complaints regarding their work, but we see that they returned and addressed your concerns. We also understand that they have also carried out an internal review of their procedures to ensure that only the best quality of repair is carried out straight away, as it is not economically viable for them to return to address poor workmanship as this is at their cost, not yours or the insurer’s. We can assure you that we have invested heavily over the past 12 months to make sure that only the best claims service is received by our policyholders.
