On checking tracking info the correct post code for delivery was shown.
It was exactly as expected. Collection as arranged. Delivery as stated. Weird that delivery postcode appeared as collection post code.

Poor Web site when you wa t to change anything poor signing az to driver able to print tickets. £6. CANCELATION CHARGE FOR NOTHJNG!!! chose wisely when u want to send a parcel!!

Atrocious service, a robbery. Non existing customer support.
Atrocious, will never use them again. Complete disconnect between systems, no way to speak to a human, cancelled an order and received confirmation but was still collected and then delivered late....
