Stressful Experience. Appalling Service
Please do not use Parcelhero. I sent a parcel with them back in September and the situation is still unresolved. My parcel was damaged, delayed, lost, and the contents ruined by UPS/Parcelhero....

Parcel Hero were just that!
Excellent service. Easy to use. Very competitive prices offered. I had to ship 16kgs of excess luggage Internationally. Parcel Hero really were just that. Thanks again for the great service.

No confirmation of booking and needed to chase the courier. Collection never booked in and even when I did it they got it wrong. Won’t recommend

They never picked up my box and they charged me 6 pounds to cancel my booking too :S
