Thank you for your feedback. All modules are sent out in a sealed outer pack, which would verify they are brand new. If the product is faulty, we welcome an email to be sent to us along with an image of the fault and we can assist. In regards to the shipping we try to stick with DPD service and believe they are the best in the game. Our delivery prices are visible on the website before you checkout. Thank you for your feedback! Thank you for your rating, it is an upsetting one for us! I can understand it is upsetting for you as well to receive a damaged item but I certainly would have been grateful if the first point of response to this issue was to email/phone, so we can resolve it in a swift manner. A damaged item by the carrier should not carry the weight of a bad review if we are on hand to resolve. Without giving us that opportunity to show our service commitment the rating you have offered has no substance. It is an error by the carriers and it's not unheard of. All we request is to be the first point of contact. Share an image of the damages in a timely manner and let us resolve. I would also like to point out we have successfully delivered the same item to you on a previous order in June. There was no 5 star review there for a next day service and no damages. Thank you for your feedback and we will monitor and improve how this type of parcel is sent out for future orders.
