I am not currently going to change my rating as the service is not great.
I have been through your complaints department already and my initial request to return the product has been declined.
I have a product I wanted to return within 14 days due to discomfort and pain when placing the earbuds in my ears, was advised I cannot due to hygiene reasons, which surely should not be the case as you can just replace the tops your end. However the product has now developed a fault and will disconnect for my devices , this has been happening intermittently but has happened on several occasions and I want to rerun product within the 30 days and waiting for customer service to get back to me.

Good product
It’s a good product but the courier was not so good. It was a dump and run. No door bell or knock. He can’t deny it, the camera saw it. Good job I live in a very rural village.
