The whole ordering process was straightforward and there was good information about the delivery, because of the day that it was ordered and my location, it took a bit longer to arrive.

Guarantee honoured - improved product bought.
Helpful and patient - resolved the problem and I ended up with a refund for a microwave which had stopped working within the warranty period and receiving a discount on a new, improved version.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re sorry to hear your order arrived more than three days later than you expected. We completely understand how disappointing and inconvenient it is when the delivery timing shown in the app doesn’t match what actually happens.
For standard items, we aim to achieve Next Business Day Delivery when an order is placed before midday, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after midday (or over a weekend/bank holiday) will usually be delivered on the second business day (for example, orders placed on Sunday should be delivered on Tuesday).
That said, we appreciate that your experience didn’t meet those expectations, and we apologize for the frustration this caused.
