I am sorry to hear of your negative experience.Having looked into this I can see it is in relation to the one off 20% discount for all of our new customers. I understand your first order was placed but failed. When you tried to re-order shortly after, the 20% had not applied hence your query. The next morning one of our team advised that if the 20% did not apply to your first order, it would apply on your next one, as our system will see your failed order. However, we had not seen that you had already placed that second order the evening before, after you emailed and before we responded. We are very happy to confirm that you did receive your 20% discount on that order as advised in our emails. I am sorry you are not happy with the outcome, it would never be our intention to upset our customers. We pride ourselves on our customer service and always aim to ensure our customers are informed and aware of our procedures in a polite and friendly manner.
