As per our telephone conversation, I'm glad we were able to speak to you about the issues you're having and like we said we will make sure your feedback is given to the relevant people so that in the future our systems will continue to progress with the needs of our customers to ensure we can make our customers experience as simple as possible.
We did discuss opening an additional account for you but understand that this is no longer necessary. Although we aren’t ready just yet, we would like to let you know that the ability to open a second account yourself will be live within the next month and we will of course, notify you when that happens.
