Thank you for your review. Your book was formatted to industry standards for a trade paperback book. Paperbacks typically do not have a flyleaf. Flyleaves are inserted at the beginning or end of a hardback. If you had requested one during production, we could have added it. Additionally, we could have increased your margins during production if you had mentioned you wanted them wider. Typically, authors with lengthy manuscripts do not want the book to have more pages as it increases their cost. We are sorry you are disappointed.
